Georgia State construction is a hot topic on campus and in Atlanta – partly because the university owns a large portion of the cities' downtown area or shares ownership with the City of Atlanta. As the Spring semester comes to a close, students will find themselves returning in the fall to the main study and hangout spot on campus completely under construction.
